This is one of the most beautiful dolls i have seen. Her name is brittany, and she was made by master doll artist, jerri mccloud who in 1985 won doll readers doll of the year award. Brittany is ready for her party, holding a gift that she probably cannot wait to open. Her head, arms and legs are made from porcelain and her body is cloth that is completely poseable. Her face is hand painted and she has glass blown eyes with natural eye lashes. Her outfit is well made with white underwear, bloomers, slip and blue dress. To top it off is a beautiful pinafore that buttons (with real buttons) in the back and ties in the front. It has lots of lace, and flowers. Brittany is 14 tall and in excellent condition. She comes with her coa, present, brochure and original box. I have also taken a picture of her from the brochure showing brittany holding her package and the translucent confetti streamers that come with her. She is a limited-edition doll, no longer being made, and her number is 9017-135. There were only 450 dolls made. She did come from a home that had smokers and i have washed her dress and freshened up her hair and body. The smell is gone but i wanted to let you know this.
